Individual Sessions
Individual Equine Gestalt Coaching™ Session
Feel supported, safe and heard in your sessions as Tracy and the horses guide you through your discovery process. Release the past and cultivate a future that brings clarity, shifts in mindset and a vision for the future.
Sessions are in person Farm Away and approx 90 minutes
Farmstead Gestalt
Surrounded by nature and the sites and sounds of the farm you will sink into the calmess around you allowing the process of self discovery to begin.
Sessions are in person at Farm Away and 45min in length.
Individual Phone or Zoom Coaching
Join Tracy via zoom or phone as an additional support to in person sessions or when meeting in person is a bit too complicated.
In your 30 minute session you’ll dig deep into discovering the limiting beliefs holding you back from achieving all that you can be and develop strategic plans to keep you on track.
Group Coaching
Group sessions and workshops are a great way to connect with others. Each week powerful shared learning will emerge from thought provoking experiences and creative processes that focus on individual inquiry and exploration. Groups and workshops are held both with and without the horses.

Youth Equine Gestalt Sessions
Our Youth Equine Gestalt sessions are a wonderful way to bring youth together for connection and self-discovery. Throughout the program, experiences will be created to inspire youth to reach their full potential and build confidence and alternative skills to help them overcome challenges and cope with the social pressures they face in today’s world.
Individual & Group Sessions available for youth ages 8-17 years old. Contact Tracy for more details.
Retreats
Join us on the farm and reconnect with the most important person in your life, You! Time in nature is well spent and we will do exactly that supported by the wisdom and calm of the horse.

Cancellation Policy
Touch of Equine has recently moved and sessions will now be offered on site at Manitoba Bull Test Station. A short drive east of Brandon, MB, the Station provides a private country setting which captures the essence of rural life and our connection to the land and Mother Earth. Sessions will also continue to be offered at Farm Away a few minutes outside Portage la Prairie, MB.
