Your Coach
Hi, I’m Tracy, an Equine Gestalt Coach based in rural Manitoba, where the horses and I create space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and set down what they’ve been carrying.
At Touch of Equine, the work unfolds alongside the horses through grounded, experiential experiences that invite reflection, honesty, connection, and a quieter pace. Horses have a unique ability to meet us without judgment, often helping us notice what’s been sitting quietly beneath the surface.
Whether through private sessions or pasture gatherings, my intention is to offer a calm and welcoming space where people can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves at their own pace.
